Referrals

For every person you refer to TCS Landscaping and Maintenance that signs up for monthly maintenance, you will get one free basic service. Just make sure to tell your friend to put your name into the "questions comments" field of the contact us page, and we'll make sure your account is credited.

Group Rates

Know your neighbors? We'd like to. For every neighbor that signs up for monthly service, we'll knock off $5.00 from your weekly bill. That means if your lawn costs $35.00, your new price will be $30.00. Your neighbor will also receive this  discount. Add another neighbor, get another $5.00 off. Now you and your two neighbors are paying $25.00 per visit. Add one more, and everyone's down to $20.00 per visit. It's cost effective, environmentally friendly, and socially beneficial.
