General maintenance of your lawn. This includes mowing, edging, and line trimming your property. This does not include any other services. Prices generally start about $20-$25 per cut and go up from there depending on size and difficulty of your lawn.

Mulch is recommended to re-apply twice per year. At TCS Landscaping and Maintenance, we try to re-apply mulch to all our clients on the same day. This allows us to keep costs down, and pass savings to you.  If you would like to be on the schedule to remulch, please let us know and we will make sure to get you a price beforehand. This service starts at about $47 per square yard.

The sod in your yard is never the first thing people notice, until it starts looking bad. At TCS Landscaping and Maintenance, we not only replace the sod, but we do a thorough soil prep. Some landscaping companies will only spray poison to kill the old grass and lay new, fresh grass right on top of it. At TCS, we will kill the old grass, repair any irrigation problems (not included), level off the soil, lay the sod, and eliminate air pockets. The price for this usually starts at less than $1 per square foot.
